Whether his original works, or derivative creations, he retains all moral and intellectual property rights. Each watermarked image carries a unique Digimarc ID number embedded into its pixels.

Your Digital Images
In order to produce your CustomCat products we do need permission (a ‘license’) from you for our staff and production partners to use your digital images. We do not claim ownership of the images (although we do retain ownership of the production materials and files created in the process) nor do we use your images for any other purpose without your permission.

By submitting any image(s) to us, you declare that you own, or have the rights to use,
each image you send to us, and that you own the animal(s) in each image.

In addition, if there are recognizable individuals in an image, we must have permission to use their image to be in compliance with copyright and privacy rights laws. Due to the finished product size we feel that there generally should not be people visible in the image; please contact us if you wish to use such an image.

We do not advertise or promote your CustomCat products to any other customer, although we may publish or distribute for promotional purposes any images of your products that you chose to share with us or previews generated by CafePress or other production partner.

You are free to provide the link to your CustomCat hidden products to others, and by distributing or publishing that link you are authorizing others to purchase your CustomCat products without payment of license to you. Further you save harmless Cat Welfare Association, the Digital Gryphon LLC, Brian Gryphon Photographer, and our partners and contractors from any liability arising from others purchasing your CustomCat products from links we did not publish or distribute.
